Donations to the PCRF - 2024

This year, in 2024, we have raised and donated $476.30 to the PCRF, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.

I am so grateful for your support for this very important organisation. I know that a lot of you, as I do, often feel helpless when seeing images of the horrific genocide currently taking place in Palestine and now, Lebanon. But we mustn’t feel afraid of speaking up against these horrific acts, and not allow ourselves to fall too deep into despair, but rather steel ourselves to fight for what is right, to fight for their lives.

Donating what we can, talking about Palestine, about the injustice, attending protests, posting about it online, sharing GoFundMe pages for those affected, all of these actions contribute to a free Palestine, and to a society that values human life and empathy.

I am so very grateful that you were able to join me on this fundraising mission, and we will continue to provide resources and other fundraising opportunities on our website and on Instagram.

About the PCRF

Mission: Our mission is to provide medical and humanitarian relief collectively and individually to children throughout the Levant, regardless of their nationality or religion.

Vision: We envision a world where all children in the Middle East have access to quality medical care, humanitarian aid, and specialized surgical procedures.

Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF), was founded in 1991 by concerned humanitarians in the USA, and provides free medical care to thousands of injured and ill children yearly who lack local access to care within the local health care system.  Over the years, they’ve sent over 2,000 affected children abroad for free medical care, sent thousands of international doctors and nurses to provide tens of thousands of children free medical care in local hospitals, and provided tens of thousands of children humanitarian aid and support they otherwise would not get.

PCRF's impact also includes establishing two pediatric cancer departments in Palestine, a new PICU and pediatric cardiology department in Ramallah, and many more critical projects to sustainably bolster the region's healthcare system. The foundation relies on grassroots efforts, supported by a worldwide network of thousands of volunteers, to fulfill their humanitarian mission.
